PCplace.lt offers a reliable warranty for all computers sold, ensuring smooth and safe use after purchase.

Warranty period

All computers come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. An extended warranty is also available.

The warranty covers:

• technical faults not caused by the user
• malfunctions of key components (motherboard, processor, RAM, SSD/HDD)
• system instability, unless caused by software or physical damage

What is not covered

The warranty does not apply to:

• physical damage (drops, liquid damage, etc.)
• natural battery wear
• software issues arising from use
• unauthorised repairs or modifications

Warranty service

If the device fails during the warranty period:

1. Contact us and describe the problem
2. Once confirmed, the device must be returned
3. The fault will be diagnosed and repaired

If the fault cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement with an equivalent device or a refund.

Important information

Before sale, every device is fully tested and cleaned, and the Windows operating system is reinstalled.
